中国仪器仪表行业协会实验室仪器专业协会环境试验与可靠性试验设备分会成立大会于1990年5月29日至6月2日在广东番禺召开.出席大会的有环境试验设备及配套件生产、研究单位共27个,代表32名.实验室仪器专业协会秘书长汤用文代表专业协会出席了大会.大会经过热烈认真的讨论后,通过了分会的章程,民主协商选举产生了分会第一届理事会,研究了秘书处机构人选.
