胡主席指出“拓展和深化军事斗争准备,必须把军事训练摆在战备位置,深入推进军事训练转变,进一步兴起大抓军事训练热潮”。这就要求我们必须始终把军事训练放在各项工作的首位,坚持以新一代军事训练与考核大纲为依据,着眼提高部队遂行多样化任务能力,重点加强部队基础课目训练,扎实打牢军事训练基础,切实提高指挥军官的能力素质。
President Hu pointed out: “To broaden and deepen the preparations for military struggle, we must put military training in a war preparedness position, push forward the transformation of military training and further raise the temptation to pay great attention to military training.” This requires that we always place military training first in all our work and on the basis of a new generation of military training and assessment programs.
