西部大开发已有3年了,在这3年中,众多东部企业甚至国外企业参与到这一开发热潮中淘金拣玉,在这激情燃烧的3年中,有些企业取得了成功,也有一些无功而返。同样作为承受地的西部各省份也从中摸索出哪些产业可以开发,而哪些产业不适合开发,这是一个学习,探索的过程。 今天本刊推出“西部产业投资分析”专题,就是对这一过程的总结与展望,希望通过对一些案例的采访、调查能为西部各省政府提供一个发现错误的机会,也为即将到西部淘金的企业提供一个参考。
