1990～1992年我院共收治沈阳地区的流行性脑脊髓膜炎152例。其中每年2～4月份收治的占67.4%。男94例,女58例,男女比为1.6:1。1～5岁59例,占38.8%,6～10岁29例,占19.0%,11～20岁30例,占19.7%,21岁以上34例,占22.4%。临床类型分析:152例中,普通型117例,占76.97%,休克型20型,占13.16%,脑膜脑炎型11例,占7.24%,混合型4型,占2.63%。共死亡4例,其中休克型2例,脑膜脑炎型和混合型各1例。
From 1990 to 1992, 152 cases of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Shenyang were treated in our hospital. Among them, 67.4% were admitted from February to April each year. There were 94 males and 58 females, with a ratio of males to females of 1.6: 1.1 to 5 years old, 59 (38.8%), 6 to 10 years old (29.0%), 11 to 20 years (19.7%), 21 34 cases above, accounting for 22.4%. Clinical type analysis: In 152 cases, 117 cases were common type, accounting for 76.97%, shock type 20, accounting for 13.16%, meningoencephalitis type 11, accounting for 7.24% and mixed type 4 accounting for 2.63%. A total of 4 deaths, including 2 shock type, meningoencephalitis type and mixed type in 1 case.
