应用显微外科技术对12例患者行输卵管吻合术,结果全部通畅,9例妊娠.认为:手术成功与结扎方式、输卵管长度、术后及时通液及预防感染有关.
Application of microsurgical techniques in 12 patients undergoing tubal anastomosis, the results were all unobstructed, 9 cases of pregnancy that surgery success and ligation, tubal length, timely postoperative fluid and prevention of infection related.
