目的通过对黑龙江东部7个口岸开展鼠疫宿主动物调查,了解口岸鼠疫宿主动物种群构成及是否存在鼠间鼠疫疫情。方法鼠疫宿主动物调查采用夹日法;鼠血清F1抗体采用微量间接血凝法检测。结果捕获鼠形动物772只,捕获率为11.2%,隶属于2目4科10属13种,黑线姬鼠占46.2%,为口岸优势种,大林姬鼠占22.2%,棕背鼠平占14.2%;检测鼠疫F1抗体772份,未检出阳性血清。结论基本查清黑龙江东部7个口岸鼠形动物的种群构成,7个口岸均未发现鼠间鼠疫疫情。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the structure of host population of plague in port and the presence or absence of plague outbreak in plague area through investigation of host animals of plague at 7 ports in the east of Heilongjiang Province. Methods The plague method was used to investigate the host animals, and the serum F1 antibody was detected by indirect indirect hemagglutination assay. Results 772 mice were captured with a capture rate of 11.2%, belonging to 10 families, 2 orders, 4 families, and 13 species, and Apodemus agrarius, accounting for 46.2%, accounting for 22.2% 14.2%; 772 copies of F1 antibody were detected in plague and no positive serum was detected. Conclusions The population composition of rat-shaped animals at the seven ports in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province has been basically ascertained. No plague outbreak has been found in the seven ports.
