兰新高速铁路第二双线路基长度占线路长度比例大,是迄今为止国内高等级铁路路基比例最大的铁路,途经地区多为戈壁地貌,路基多为碎石土。该线采用无砟轨道,对路基压实度控制和工后沉降要求十分严格,而目前铁路对此还没有专门的技术规范。以所采用的碎石土地基处理技术及其检测资料,对比分析了重锤夯实、冲击碾压和重型碾压三种方法的加固机理和处理效果。试验研究结果表明,戈壁碎石土地基采用三种方法处理均能满足设计要求,而综合比较,以重型碾压处理相对较好,可优先选用。
The length of the second dual-line embankment in Lan-Xin high-speed railway accounts for a large proportion of the total length of the line, which is by far the largest proportion of domestic high-grade railway embankment. The line uses ballastless track, the subgrade compaction control and post-construction settlement requirements are very strict, but at present there is no special railway technical specifications. Based on the technology and test data of gravel soil foundation treatment, the reinforcement mechanism and treatment effect of three methods of rammer compaction, impact compaction and heavy compaction are comparatively analyzed. The experimental results show that the Gobi rubble soil foundation can meet the design requirements by all three methods and the comprehensive comparisons are relatively good with the heavy-duty roller compaction treatment.
