“三农”问题是事关我国现代化建设与和谐社会构建的战略性问题,宏观的“三农”问题必然要通过微观的农村社区发展来加以解决。相对于县域地区和村社社区,乡镇社区更有利于推动农村社区的综合发展。江苏省的三个周庄镇根据自己的条件,形成了独特的发展模式。社区发展模式无优劣之分,关键是切合自身实际,走自己的道路。
The issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” is a strategic issue that concerns the building of China’s modernization and construction of a harmonious society. The macro-issue of “three rural issues” must be solved through the development of micro-rural communities. Compared with county communities and village communities, township communities are more conducive to promoting the comprehensive development of rural communities. Three Zhouzhuang Towns in Jiangsu Province have formed a unique mode of development according to their own conditions. No advantage or disadvantage of the community development model, the key is to meet their own reality, go their own way.
