德兴铜矿选矿厂自1965年投产以来,铜精矿品位一直排徊在14%左右,回收率在80%上下。1979年以来,加强企业管理,各项生产指标有了较大幅度提高,见附表。我们的做法是:1.改进工艺流程,增加粗精矿再磨再选系统,采用高碱度的药剂制度。2.狠抓破碎产品粒度,为磨矿创造有利条件。3.强化以调度为中心的生产指挥系统,狠抓原矿管理、水电消耗及设备管理。4.严格执行以岗位责任制为中
Dexing copper concentrator since 1965 put into operation, the copper concentrate has been ranked at about 14% of the row, the recovery rate of 80% up and down. Since 1979, the management of enterprises has been strengthened and the production indicators have been greatly improved. See the attached table. Our approach is: 1.
