羽毛球是中国传统的优势项目,也是备受国人喜欢的体育运动之一。羽毛球运动不受条件限制,成为了大众人群平时休闲娱乐的首选项目,每到夏天,大街小巷成群结队的人们挥舞着球拍,享受着运动带给他们的快乐。现代人在工作、学习、生活中经常长时间使用电脑、手机等电子产品,这会给我们的健康造成极大危害,而羽毛球运动可以很好的预防和治疗颈椎疾病,对我们的身体健康起到了极大作用。在高校体育项目中,羽毛球运动的地位也越来越高,参与的人数越来越多。所以,我们要快速提高羽毛球运动的教学质量,发挥出羽毛球运动步法训练的优势,更专业化的进行羽毛球运动的日常练习。本文主要针对羽毛球日常教学中实施步法练习的重要意义,希望对高校大学生羽毛球运动步法训练有借鉴意义。
