随着中国股票市场出现空前繁荣,资本市场存在的一些问题也日益显现。革除弊病,构建和谐股市,努力推进中国资本市场健康快速发展,已成为各方关注的焦点。本文拟从和谐股市的基本特征、上市公司内部管理、政府监管、股民理性投资四个方面对构建和谐股市予以初步讨论。
With the unprecedented prosperity of the Chinese stock market, some problems in the capital market are also becoming increasingly apparent. To eliminate the defects, build a harmonious stock market and make efforts to promote the healthy and rapid development of China’s capital market have become the focus of attention of all parties. This article intends to discuss the construction of a harmonious stock market from the four aspects of the basic characteristics of a harmonious stock market, the internal management of listed companies, the government supervision and the rational investment of shareholders.
