用100~400ppm稀土溶液浸银合欢种子,以300ppm的浓度效果最佳,可使其株高、植株干重、植株全氨、根瘤重和根瘤固氮酶活性分别比清水浸种(对照)提高17.2%、14.9%、13.9%、16.1%(差异均显著,P<0.05)和98.5%(差异极显著P<0.01);采取稀土和根瘤菌双接种时增产效果仍以300ppm浓度最好,可使其株高、植株干重和全氮比对照分别提高32.3%、34.8%和96.0%,差异均极显著(P<0.01).用银合欢叶粉喂猪以占日粮的10~15%为宜,以15%的效果为最好,日增重和饲料转化率比对照分别提高17.45%和18.25%,差异均显著(P<0.05).
Treating Acacia seed with 100-400ppm rare earth solution with the best concentration of 300ppm could increase plant height, plant dry weight, plant total ammonia, nodule weight and nodule nitrogenase activity by 17.2% , 14.9%, 13.9% and 16.1%, respectively (P <0.05) and 98.5% (P <0.01), and the yield of 300ppm was the best when double inoculation with rare earth and rhizobia. The plant height, plant dry weight and total nitrogen were increased by 32.3%, 34.8% and 96.0% respectively compared with the control (P <0.01) , With the best effect of 15%. The daily gain and feed conversion rate were increased by 17.45% and 18.25% respectively compared with the control, the difference was significant (P <0.05).
