“微创新”是一种单点式的突破,虽未必具有立竿见影的明显效果,却能从一点一滴入手,从量变到质变,发挥出画龙点睛以及四两拨千斤的作用。根据建筑施工企业的特点,目前已很难创造出一套具有颠覆性的管理技术和管理模式。只有从细微着手,将“微创新”贯穿于建筑施工的各个环节,以较短的时间获取最佳的经济收益,为企业管理注入新鲜的活力。
“Micro-innovation ” is a kind of single-point breakthrough, though it may not have obvious immediate effect, but it can start from the bit by bit, from quantitative change to qualitative change, play a finishing touch and deftly play a role. According to the characteristics of construction enterprises, it is difficult to create a set of disruptive management techniques and management models. Only from the subtle, “micro-innovation” throughout all aspects of construction, in a short period of time to obtain the best economic returns, to inject fresh vitality into business management.
