本文简要地介绍了国内外印制电路板的现状与发展动向。进而从航空工业印制电路板及其生产技术的现状和需要,提出了今后发展方向及具体技术改造措施。
This article briefly introduces the status quo and development trends of printed circuit boards at home and abroad. Then from the status quo and need of the aviation industry printed circuit board and its production technology, put forward the future direction of development and specific technical transformation measures.
