在含有Bt毒素的人工饲料中分别加入Ca,Mg,Zn和Cu4类盐8种化合物,进行防治棉铃虫幼虫的试验.结果表明,8个处理与单用制剂相比,毒力效价都有不同程度的提高.CaCO_3,CaCl_2马分别提高0.24倍,0.28倍,MgSO_4,MgCl_2分别提高0.66倍,3.19倍,ZnCl_2,ZnSO_4分别提高0.43倍,2.03倍,Cucl_2,CuSO_4分别提高0.28倍,0.16倍。其中MgCl_2增效作用最好,ZnSO_4次之.
Eight kinds of compounds of Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu4 salts were added to the artificial feed containing Bt toxin to control the larvae of cotton bollworm. The results showed that the virulent titers of eight treatments were all increased to some extent compared with the single preparation.
