邵东县今年要把85％的渡冬田改为坼冬田,这是一项改造自然的伟大革命措施,也是邵东农业生产上的一项重大的技术改革。不论从农学理论上讲,或从当前客观形势的要求上讲,都是正确的,适时的。但要顺利的完满的作好这一改制工作,牵涉的范围很广,问题很多。这里仅就我参加这一次土壤普查工作当中,所得到的一些材料,对渡冬田圻冬问题,作一些分析,供大家讨论。
