现代教育理念要求以学生发展为本,在此原则下就应当承认学生间的差异和发展不平衡。课堂上,老师们明白学生有差异,但有时还是按照统一的标准要求每一位学生,使好学生的优势素质得不到发展,而学习上有困难的学生又得不到及时的补救。在差异存在且不可能消除的前提下,如何实施有差异的教学,促进有差异的发展,本文对此提出了一些策略。
The concept of modern education requires the development of students. Based on this principle, it should recognize the differences between students and the unbalanced development. In the classroom, teachers understand that students are different, but sometimes they are required to follow the unified standard for each student, so that the advantages and disadvantages of a good student are not developed, and students with difficulties in learning receive no timely remedy. Under the premise that differences exist and cannot be eliminated, how to implement differentiated teaching and promote differential development, this article proposes some strategies for this.
