基于双流体模型,采用修正的Gibilaro曳力模型,研究了A类颗粒在气固鼓泡流化床中的流化特性,讨论了不同固相粘度模型(Gidaspow经验模型、KTGF模型、KTGF+Schaffer模型)对模拟结果的影响.结果表明,采用3种粘度模型预测的床层膨胀特性基本一致,但Gidaspow经验模型预测的颗粒平均向上/向下速度显著小于KTGF模型和KTGF+Schaffer模型,且采用KTGF+Schaffer模型时系统处于节涌而非鼓泡状态.合理选择固相粘度模型对双流体模拟结果的准确性有重要影响.
Based on the two-fluid model, the modified Gibilaro drag model was used to study the fluidization characteristics of A-type particles in a gas-solid bubbling fluidized bed. Different solid-phase viscosity models (Gidaspow empirical model, KTGF model, KTGF + Schaffer The results show that the bed expansion characteristics predicted by the three viscosity models are basically the same, but the average upward / downward speed predicted by the Gidaspow empirical model is significantly lower than that of the KTGF model and the KTGF + Schaffer model KTGF + Schaffer model, the system is in a stagnant rather than a bubbling condition, and the rational choice of the solid-phase viscosity model has an important influence on the accuracy of the bi-fluid simulation results.
