近年来,我国经济迅猛发展,经济体制结构发生了变化,随之而来的就是劳动关系的转变,企业的工作重心也逐步向人力资源管理方面转移,劳动关系管理的工作逐渐被提到日程。本文将从人力资源管理角度出发,以劳动关系作为研究对象,根据有关资料,全方位、多角度的探究“劳动关系”的基本概念和内涵,分析劳动关系的主要特征,结合劳动关系在企业人力资源中的发展现状,剖析其存在的问题,寻找正确的解决方法。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country, the economic structure has undergone changes. As a result, the labor relations have been transformed.
