强化实践教学环节是“卓越法律人才教育培养计划”中所提出的培养高素质法律人才的重要内容。文章认为,在现有实践教学体系的基础上,地方民族高校法学专业只有通过依托实践教学质量保障体系,以提升实践教学质量为突破口,才能在法学教育体系中生存和发展。法学专业应遵循目的性、全过程性、科学性、协调性等原则,不断建设和改革实践教学的组织管理体系、制度保障体系、运行保障体系以及质量评价体系,从而全方位地监控和保障实践教学质量。
