为了培养适应市场需要的合格人才,帮助学生了解设计行业的实际需要,并为未来工作的起步和发展奠定良好的基础,在工业设计教学中除了提高专业水平及文化素养教育之外,还应该切实加强学生的实践工作能力。本文主要阐述工业设计教学目前的单一守旧与中小城市企业生产模式的陈旧现状,明确实践教学的重要性,充分利用社会资源建立校外实训实习基地,提出“专业培养---项目实训---研究应用”的新型人才培养模式。形成以教学科研促社会实践,以社会实践提高教学科研水平的良性循环。
