介绍了山东建材学院校园网（ＳＩＢＭｎｅｔ）的网络规划和体系结构，针对ＣＥＲＮＥＴ的建设分析了高速主干技术在校园网中的应用情况，着重介绍了快速以太网技术作为一种ＡＴＭ过渡技术在校园网干线中的应用。根据ＳＩＢＭ－ｎｅｔ的多协议系统集成方案简单论述了网络的信息安全问题和Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的概念，并讨论了ＳＩＢＭｎｅｔ网络应用中的几个问题
This paper introduces the network planning and architecture of SIBMnet, analyzes the application of high-speed backbone technology in campus network for CERNET construction, and emphatically introduces Fast Ethernet as an ATM transition technology in campus network Trunk applications.
