近年来,利用Ar和YAG等激光进行内窥镜激光治疗已有过很多报导。但用这种方法治疗小管腔脏器时,内窥镜易损伤正常组织,由于导象束和激光导入分别装置,难以看清激光的照射部位,也往往损伤正常组织。另外,射出的激光光束发散而使照射。范围扩大,对患部的照射难以限定。最近,日本的清水健男等对此作了改进试验,在导象束中心装入了激光导入束,并在端头装有物镜以起到聚光和导象的双重作用。
In recent years, the use of Ar and YAG lasers such as endoscopic laser treatment has been much reported.
