为明确枸溶性钾肥对烤烟生长和钾素吸收的作用效果,采用盆栽试验研究了枸溶性钾肥与解钾菌液(Ensifer和Bacillus cereus strain)配施对烤烟生长及钾素吸收积累的影响。结果表明,枸溶性钾肥中配施解钾菌可促进烤烟生长发育,有利于烟株的早生快发;与单施硫酸钾肥相比,枸溶性钾肥与菌液配施的烟株根系鲜质量最高增加15.01%,烤烟烟叶叶绿素含量增加16.27%,烤烟根系活力提高17.07%;枸溶性钾肥与解钾菌液配施能够促进烟株对钾素的吸收,使钾素在烟株体内的分配更加合理;同时枸溶性钾肥与解钾菌液配施还可改善烤烟农艺性状,以枸溶性钾肥与Ensifer菌液配合施用的效果最佳。
In order to clarify the effect of citric acid soluble potassium fertilizer on the growth and potassium absorption of flue-cured tobacco, Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of Ensifer and Bacillus cereus strain on the growth and potassium absorption and accumulation of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the combination of potassium-dissolving potash with soluble potassium could promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and promote the rapid emergence of tobacco plants. Compared with potassium sulfate alone, the root fresh mass of citrus-soluble potassium fertilizer was the highest 15.01%. The content of chlorophyll increased by 16.27% in flue-cured tobacco leaves and the root activity increased by 17.07% in flue-cured tobacco leaves. The combined application of citric-soluble potassium fertilizer and potassium-dissolving bacteria could promote the absorption of potassium by tobacco plants and make the distribution of potassium in tobacco plants more reasonable. At the same time citric acid soluble potassium and potassium solution can also improve the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco to soluble citrus soluble Ensifer bacteria with the best effect.
