日前,江苏省标准局已经正式批准颁布了《江苏省科学技术研究档案建档工作与科研工作四同步管理规范》,作为江苏省地方标准在省科研档案的全民所有制和集体所有制单位推行。这一规范是江苏省科委于1989年9月下达的研究课题,由机电部第十四研究所、江苏省科委科技成果档案馆、南京市档案局业务指导处、南京市科委科管处共同承担。经过了两年多的调查研究、反复修改和39个不同层次、不同专业类型的科研单位试行。有主题内容与适用范围、引用法规标准、术语、基本要求、管理程序、科研文件材料质量审查验收考核等六项内容,并附有科研文件材料质量考核评分项目表、科研文件材料归档范
Recently, Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Standards has formally approved the promulgation of the “Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Archives archives files and scientific research work four synchronized management practices,” as Jiangsu Province, local standards in the provincial scientific research archives of the ownership by the whole people and units of collective ownership units.
