这两封信札是当时的贵州巡抚黎培敬[1]亲笔书写,写于光绪四年(1878)的正月初四日和四月初九日。这段时间正是四川总督丁宝桢[2]试点筹办黔边盐务的改革初期,双方督抚往来信函频繁。虽然该两封信札已被收录[3]进《黎文肃公(培敬)遗书》中,但书中没有注明日期并有所删改。现将该两封信札的内容、注释提供给读者研究,增进人们对那段历史的了解。
These two letters were authored by the then governor of Guizhou, Li Pei-jing [1], on the fourth day of the first month and the ninth day of April in the four years of Guangxu (1878). During this period, it was Sichuan Governor Ding Baozhen [2] that during the pilot reform of the preparation of the Guizhou border salt work, there was frequent correspondence between governors and governors. Although the two letters have been included [3] into the “Levin Su Gong (Pei Jing) suicide note,” but the book does not specify the date and have been deleted. The contents and annotations of these two letters are now available to readers for further understanding of that period of history.
