目的 分析细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)和细胞周期素依赖激酶 4(CDK 4)在颌骨骨肉瘤中的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化ABC法检测cyclinD1和CDK 4在 2 0例颌骨骨肉瘤和 8例骨软骨瘤中的表达。 结果 骨肉瘤中cyclinD1和CDK 4的阳性表达率分别为 65 .0 0 %( 13 /2 0 )和 60 .0 0 %( 12 /2 0 ) ,两者的阳性表达存在正相关 (γs =0 .48,P <0 .0 5 ) ;而它们在骨软骨瘤中的阳性率均为 12 .5 0 %( 1/8) ,与骨肉瘤相比 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 cyclinD1和CDK 4在颌骨骨肉瘤中过表达 ,并与其发生和发展有关。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of cyclin D1 and CDK4 in jaw osteosarcoma. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of cyclinD1 and CDK4 in 20 cases of osteosarcoma and 8 cases of osteochondroma. Results The positive rates of cyclinD1 and CDK4 in osteosarcoma were 65.0% (13/20) and 60.0% (12/20), respectively. There was a positive correlation between them (γs = 0 .48, P <0.05). The positive rates of them in osteochondroma were all 12.5% (1/8), which were significantly different from those in osteosarcoma (P <0. 0) 5). Conclusion CyclinD1 and CDK4 are overexpressed in osteosarcoma of the jaw and are related to their occurrence and development.
