某高层住宅的部分剪力墙在施工中出现混凝土强度严重不足的问题。经过加固方案的比选,确定采用置换混凝土加固法。在加固施工过程中,不断完善加固方案并对实施过程加强控制,取得了良好的加固效果,积累了加固施工经验。
