目的:探讨Fas抗原(Fas)及其配体(FasL)、Bcl-2在子痫前期患者胎盘合体滋养细胞中的表达变化及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)连接法检测20例正常晚期妊娠妇女(正常晚孕组)、20例轻度子痫前期产妇(轻度子痫前期组)及20例重度子痫前期产妇(重度子痫前期组)胎盘组织中Fas、FasL及Bcl-2表达水平。结果:Fas、FasL及Bcl-2主要表达于胎盘合体滋养细胞胞质及胞膜中。FasL、Bcl-2在轻度子痫前期组(62.28±4.92、80.67±6.19)及重度子痫前期组(41.74±6.38、64.42±5.43)胎盘中的表达均低于正常晚孕组(80.72±6.01、92.49±7.88),分别与正常晚孕组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Fas在轻度子痫前期组(55.94±4.35)及重度子痫前期组(75.98±6.01)胎盘中的表达均高于正常晚孕组(40.58±5.43),分别与正常晚孕组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Fas、FasL及Bcl-2在子痫前期胎盘合体滋养细胞中表达失衡,可能与子痫前期的发病及发展有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of Fas antigen (Fas) and its ligand (FasL) and Bcl-2 in syncytiotrophoblasts in placenta of preeclampsia. Methods: Twenty normal pregnant women (normal pregnancy group) and 20 mild preeclampsia women (mild preeclampsia) were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) Group) and 20 cases of severe preeclampsia (severe preeclampsia group) placenta tissue of Fas, FasL and Bcl-2 expression levels. Results: Fas, FasL and Bcl-2 were mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and membrane of placental syncytiotrophoblast. The expression of FasL and Bcl-2 in the placenta of mild preeclampsia group (62.28 ± 4.92, 80.67 ± 6.19) and severe preeclampsia group (41.74 ± 6.38, 64.42 ± 5.43) were lower than those in normal pregnancy group (80.72 ± 6.01,92.49 ± 7.88), respectively, compared with the normal pregnancy group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The expression of Fas in placenta of mild preeclampsia group (55.94 ± 4.35) and severe preeclampsia group (75.98 ± 6.01) were higher than that of normal pregnant group (40.58 ± 5.43), respectively, All were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The imbalance of Fas, FasL and Bcl-2 in placental syncytiotrophoblast may be related to the pathogenesis and progression of preeclampsia.
