北京市建材科研所,为了支援京郊乡镇企业的发展,将“沸腾炉渣蒸压加气混凝土”这一科研成果,转让给北京房山县城关镇轻型建筑材料厂。厂房设计、建筑施工和设备安装同步进行。从1984年8月16日破土动工,到今年7月试车,在不到一年的时间里,完成了所有的主体工程和辅助工程。建成后将形成年产4~5万立方米加气混凝土的生产能力。这样做的好处是: 一、是科研单位将科研成果尽快转化为生产力的有益尝试。二、充分利用工业废渣,因地制宜,就地取材。房山矿是一个回采的煤矿,有时排矸量高达50%左右,排出的矸石堆满了附近的大小
