用Fluo - 3AM荧光探针负载离体培养的大鼠心肌细胞 ,在激光扫描共聚焦显微镜下观察细胞内Ca2 + 浓度的变化。结果发现 10ng/ml、 10 0ng/ml重组FGF - 2可以促使培养的心肌细胞系细胞的增殖和分裂 ,10 0 0ng/mlFGF - 2则产生明显的抑制作用。
The cultured rat cardiomyocytes were cultured with Fluo - 3AM fluorescent probe, and the change of intracellular Ca2 + concentration was observed under laser scanning confocal microscopy. The results showed that 10ng / ml and 100ng / ml recombinant FGF - 2 could promote the proliferation and division of the cultured cardiomyocyte cell line, and the inhibitory effect was obvious with 10 0ng / ml FGF - 2.
