随着综采技术和煤矿设备的不断发展,大功率、大运量、长距离重型刮板输送机成了发展的方向。链轮作为刮板输送机的核心部件,对于保证刮板输送机的正常运行起着重要的作用。以某型刮板输送机所使用的链轮体为研究对象,建立了该链轮体的有限元模型,并对所建模型进行有限元结构分析。该分析模拟刮板输送机在链条堵死状态下,电机输出最大扭矩时,链轮体的结构应力情况。结果表明,该链轮体结构合理,可以保证在堵链情况下不至于损坏。
With the development of fully mechanized coal mining equipment and technology, high-power, high-capacity, long-distance heavy-duty scraper conveyor has become the development direction. Sprocket as the core part of scraper conveyor, to ensure the normal operation of scraper conveyor plays an important role. Taking the sprocket body of a scraper conveyor as the research object, the finite element model of the sprocket body was established, and the finite element analysis of the model was carried out. The analysis simulates the structural stress of the sprocket body when the scraper conveyor is blocked by the chain and the motor outputs the maximum torque. The result shows that the structure of the sprocket body is reasonable and can not be damaged under the condition of blocking chain.
