一、音乐教学法改革趋势与动向中共中央国务院颁布的《深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》对高校艺术教育和教学改革提出更明确的要求 ,确定了今后学校音乐教学在大、中、小学校的基本思路和任务。《决定》特别对高校整体课程改革 ,加强以人文素质为目的艺术 (选修 )必修课
