效能监察工作在现代企业中发挥着越来越重要的作用,是监察部门履行和深化职能的重要体现。如何做好效能监察工作,要从三个方面入手,一是统一思想,形成合力,保证工作有序开展;二是目标明确,有的放矢,保证工作效果;三是勇于创新,方法多样,保证工作效率。
Efficiency monitoring plays an increasingly important role in modern enterprises and is an important manifestation of the fulfillment and deepening of functions of the supervision departments.
