2016年度(4—9月)全疆大部牧区气温偏高,降水量偏多。北疆大部牧区光温水匹配良好,气象条件对天然草场牧草生长较为有利;南疆大部牧区春夏季气温偏高且降水偏少,部分牧区出现旱象,牧草返青过程加长,天然牧草生长受到抑制,8月上旬末开始,降水陆续增多,气象条件对牧草后期生长较为有利。草地生态气象综合指数北疆沿天山一带部分、天山山区局部及东疆大部地区略差于常年,全疆其余大部地区略好或好于常年。
2016 (April-September) most of Xinjiang pasture temperatures are high, too much precipitation. The light and warm water of most pastoral areas in north Xinjiang have a good match. The meteorological conditions are favorable to the growth of forage grass in natural pastures. The spring and summer temperatures in most pastoral areas in southern Xinjiang are relatively high and the precipitation is less than normal. Drought appears in some pastoral areas and the forage rejuvenation process is prolonged, At the end of August, the precipitation started to increase, and the meteorological conditions were more favorable to the later growth of forage. The comprehensive index of grassland ecometeorology in northern Xinjiang along the Tianshan part of the Tianshan Mountains and most of the eastern part of the region slightly worse than the perennial, the rest of Xinjiang slightly better than or better than the rest of the year.
