管理会计是福建农信实施精细化管理的有力工具,在经济新常态下,利率市场化改革深化,福建农信经营转型势在必行,必须充分利用管理会计工具,精细管理,确保建设升级版福建农信目标实现。在此,分析了当前福建农信遇到的问题,阐述了福建农信精细化管理中管理会计的应用现状,并探讨了福建农信精细化管理中管理会计应用的优化措施,希望能够为福建农信精细化管理工作提供一定帮助与借鉴。
Management accounting is a powerful tool for implementing fine management of Fujian Rural Credit Cooperatives. Under the new economic normal, the reform of marketization of interest rates will deepen. The transformation of Fujian rural credit management is imperative. We must make full use of management accounting tools and fine management to ensure that the construction upgrade version Fujian rural credit goal to achieve. In this paper, the problems encountered in the current agricultural communications in Fujian Province, elaborated the fine management of agricultural credit in Fujian Province, the application of management accounting, and discussed the fine management of agricultural credit in Fujian Province, the application of management accounting optimization measures, hoping to Fujian Rural credit refinement management to provide some help and reference.
