Based on the practical experience of each other, the partners of the Taiwan Institute of Action Research frequently conduct dialogues with “collaborative inquiry” to promote our growth as a good practitioner and cultivate good practitioners. I talked with Li Danfeng, senior worker of International Family Association (TIFA), on how the TIFA team can help the newly recruited worker, Shew-shuen, reflect the practical work in the course of collaborative exploration to show how to practice the action Research methods to cultivate new practitioners.
