用胶原酶灌流法及泛影葡胺比重离心法分离大鼠贮脂细胞,培养的细胞抗Dismin抗体间接荧光染色阳性。经显微录像装置摄影观察及画像解析装置(Luzex500)测定,可见其能游走样移动,分裂时突起收缩,分裂后又伸展。添加血管收缩物质能诱发贮脂细胞收缩,除去该类物质后,收缩的细胞又渐伸展,表明贮脂细胞有运动收缩功能。
The collagenase-perfusion method and the meglumine diatrizoate method were used to separate the rat fat-storing cells. The cultured cells were positive for anti-Dismin antibody by indirect fluorescent staining. The microscopic imaging device photography observation and image analysis device (Luzex500) determination, we can see that it can walk like migration, split suddenly protruding, split and then stretch. Addition of vasoconstrictor substances can induce the contraction of the fat-storing cells. After removing such substances, the contractile cells gradually spread, indicating that the fat-storing cells have the function of motor contraction.
