以紫锥菊为试材,采用田间试验方法,研究了施氮、覆膜处理对紫锥菊物候期、生物产量及活性成分的影响,以期为紫锥菊资源的有效开发提供基础数据。结果表明:最先进入蕾期是覆膜处理,其次是对照,施肥处理最晚,覆膜与施氮相比盛花期提前14d;与对照和施氮相比,覆膜处理地上部分单株平均重差异极显著(P<0.01),对照和施氮之间差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照相比,覆膜、施氮处理地上部分菊苣酸含量分别提高84.98%和11.64%。由此可见,覆膜处理对紫锥菊生物产量和活性物质为最佳。
Echinacea purpurea was used as test material to study the effects of N application and film mulching on phenophase, bio-yield and active components of Echinacea purpurea. Field experiments were conducted to provide basic data for the effective development of Echinacea purpurea resources. The results showed that: the buds were the first to enter the budding stage, followed by the control, the latest fertilization treatment, compared with nitrogen application, the flowering stage was 14 days earlier; compared with the control and nitrogen application, (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between control and N application (P> 0.05). Compared with the control, the contents of Cichoric acid increased by 84.98% and 11.64%, respectively. Thus, the coating treatment on Echinacea biological yield and active substance is the best.
