针对湖北省高校体育院系师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,对体育院系师资资源开发与管理的机制进行了研究,提出了实现体育院系师资资源共享的途径:建立体育院系师资开发与管理的新机制;推进师资资源开发的制度建设;探索实现体育院系师资资源开发的新途径并加大支持力度和扶持工作。
Aiming at the existing problems in the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities of PE department in Hubei Province, this paper studied the mechanism of teacher resources development and management in P. E Department, and put forward ways to realize the sharing of teaching staff in P. E Department: to establish teacher development and management ; To promote the institutional development of teacher resources development; to explore new ways to achieve the development of teacher resources in PE faculties and to increase support and support.
