引言:据悉,今年5月底,中国证监会二板市场设立方案已获国务院批准。二板市场的正式名称定为“第二交易系统”。方案是先在深沪两市试点,年内成型出台。但原定6月份推出,却又延期了;而且高层对于该系统的设立地点尚无定论,学界、业界则众说纷纭。
Introduction: It is reported that the end of May this year, China Securities Regulatory Commission, the establishment of the second board market has been approved by the State Council. The official name of the second board market as “second trading system ”. Program is the first pilot in Shenzhen and Shanghai, forming the year introduced. However, it was originally scheduled to be launched in June but was postponed. Besides, there is still no conclusion from top management about the establishment of the system. There are many opinions in academia and industry.
