众所周知,中国民航飞行学院洛阳分院从事飞行教学训练和航班运输生产双项主业。成立以来,有近万名飞行员在分院毕业或培训过,占全国民航飞行员的1/4多。分院自建立以来一直坚持“安全第一,质量为本”的安全运行工作要求,作为独立运行机构创造了世界通航业界最好的安全运行纪录。截至2016年,累计实现安全飞行53年,飞行训练近100万小时,训练起降230万余架次。在这么大的飞行教学训练量下还要保障航班运输生产,实现安全飞行50多年实属不易,值得广大民航单位学习。这其中洛阳分院管制室承担着航班运输和飞行教学训练的空中交通管制以及地面安全保障的工作,本论文特此探讨洛阳分院管制室同时保障航班和训练安全的一些方法和值得改进的地方。
As we all know, Luoyang Branch of China Civil Aviation Flight Academy engaged in flight teaching training and flight transport production of the two major industries. Since its establishment, nearly 10,000 pilots graduated or trained in the branch, accounting for more than 1/4 of the national civil aviation pilots. As of 2016, a total of 53 years of safe flight were achieved, nearly 1 million hours of flight training and 2.3 million sorties of movements were carried out.
