国家图书馆作为一家国家级的综合性研究型图书馆,于2009年设立了法律参考阅览室,作为“法律图书馆”的雏形加入了“法律图书馆业界”。目前国内对于“法律图书馆”尚无明确、统一的定义,大致可分为法学院校(系)图书馆、法学研究院所图书馆、司法系统图书馆及公共法律图书馆等,本文作者结合筹建国家图书馆法律参考阅览室所进行的调研、走访以及阅览室成立之后所参与的业界活动等,对国内“法律图书馆”的生存现状进行了概括和总结,并对未来发展作出了建议与思考。
