他汀类药物目前广泛应用于心血管和代谢性疾病的预防或治疗。近年临床研究提示,他汀类药物可能增加糖尿病的发病风险。但大规模临床试验显示,其使患者在减少心脑血管事件和降低总体死亡率上显著获益。本文就他汀类药物与新诊断糖尿病发病风险的相关研究进展作一综述。
Statins are now widely used in the prevention or treatment of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. In recent years, clinical studies suggest that statins may increase the risk of diabetes. However, large-scale clinical trials have shown that they significantly benefit patients in reducing cardiovascular events and reducing overall mortality. This article reviews the progress of statins and the risk of newly diagnosed diabetes.
