闽楠不同采种点苗期生长差异及遗传变异分析

对采自江西、福建、贵州、湖南、湖北5省16个采种点的闽楠种子进行育苗试验和苗期观测,结果表明:闽楠16个采种点中,贵州6号的苗高最大,达21.22 cm,比平均值高出17.96%。贵州8号的地径最大,达0.282 cm,比平均值高出15.62%。湖南2号的根鲜重最高,达2.66 g,比平均值高出47.69%;政和的根体积、地上鲜重均最大,分别达3.49 m L、3.05 g。16个闽楠采种点的苗高、地径、根体积、根鲜重、地上鲜重之间的差异均达到极显著水平。根体积与地上鲜重的相关性最大,相关系数为0.61,达到极显著水平;地径与根鲜重的相关性次之,相关系数为0.57,达到显著水平,说明闽楠根部生长指标是进行早期选择的一个重要依据。并选出苗期生长较好的闽楠采种点为:贵州8号、贵州7号、贵州9号、贵州5号,其综合得分依次为:3.1598、3.0698、2.0410、1.7527。 The seedling growth and seedling stage of seedlings of Phoebe bournei collected from 16 sampling points in Jiangxi, Fujian, Guizhou, Hunan and Hubei provinces were studied. The differences of seedling height, root diameter, root volume, root fresh weight and fresh weight of the seedlings of 16 seedlings of Phoebe bournei reached the extremely significant level. The correlation between root volume and aboveground fresh weight was the highest with a correlation coefficient of 0.61, reaching a significant level. The correlation between root diameter and root fresh weight was second, and the correlation coefficient was 0.57, reaching a significant level, indicating that the root growth index An important basis for early selection. The seedlings of Phoebe bournei growing at seedling stage were selected as follows: Guizhou No. 8, Guizhou No. 7, Guizhou No. 9 and Guizhou No. 5, the comprehensive scores were 3.1598, 3.09698, 2.0410 and 1.7575.
