日产汽车公司新开发的2.5 L直列4缸直喷式柴油机在同等级机型中具有超群的性能,并能满足欧5排放法规的限值要求。为实现这一性能,新型柴油机采用喷油压力高达200 MPa的共轨喷油系统、低压缩比,以及电机驱动的可变容量涡轮增压等技术。新开发的稀氮氧化物捕集催化转化器与先进的堇青石柴油颗粒滤清器组合,改善了柴油机的二氧化碳排放性能,降低了有害物排放,同时改善了燃油经济性。介绍了新型柴油机的概要及其性能。
Nissan’s newly developed 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder direct-injection diesel engine offers superior performance in its class and meets European 5 emission regulations. To achieve this performance, the new diesel engine uses a common rail injection system with injection pressure up to 200 MPa, low compression ratio, and motor-driven variable-capacity turbocharging. The newly developed lean NOx trap catalytic converter combined with an advanced cordierite diesel particulate filter improves the carbon dioxide emission performance of diesel engines, reduces petrol emissions, and at the same time improves fuel economy.
