目的:药物保守治疗宫外孕能使患者免除手术带来的创伤,同时最大限度保留生育功能。方法:对2003年~2004年本院用甲氨喋呤联合中草药治疗48例宫外孕经1~2个疗程的病例进行临床观察。结果:48例中43例治愈:临床症状消失,连续2次血-βhCG测定正常、B超盆内异物妊娠包块吸收或血肿包块缩小大于1/2。结论:甲氨喋呤联合中草药治疗符合宫外孕保守治疗条件的患者,取得良好的治疗效果,可作为要求生育患者的主要治疗手段。
OBJECTIVE: Conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy can relieve the patient from the trauma caused by the operation, while preserving the reproductive function to the maximum extent. Methods: From 2003 to 2004, 48 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated with methotrexate combined with Chinese herbal medicine were treated with 1 ~ 2 courses of clinical observation. Results: Of the 48 cases, 43 cases were cured: the clinical symptoms disappeared and the blood-βhCG levels were normal for 2 consecutive times. The mass of foreign body in the B-pelvic abscesses or the hematoma mass shrinkage was more than 1/2. Conclusion: Methotrexate combined with Chinese herbal medicine in patients with conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy conditions, and achieved good therapeutic effect, can be used as the main treatment of fertility patients.
