二期课改突出了以儿童发展为本的理念,提出了发展性、个别性、奠基性原则,将幼儿园课程教材改革的落脚点确立为转变幼儿的学习方式,改变了以前老师为主体,幼儿跟着老师转的学习方式,注重挖掘孩子的潜能,让每一个幼儿主动地、最大限度地发展,幼儿成了主体,教师充当一个观察者、组织者。一年来我们经过反复的理论学习,尝试用二期课改的理念组织各项活动,并深深体会到:二期课改对我们教师提出了更高的要求。
The second phase of curriculum reform highlighted the concept of developing children as the basis, put forward the principle of development, individuality and foundation. The final goal of kindergarten curriculum reform was to change the way of learning for young children, changing the former teachers as the main body, Follow the teacher turn learning, pay attention to tap children’s potential, so that each child initiative, maximum development, children become the main body, the teacher acts as an observer, organizer. In the past year, after repeated theoretical studies, we tried to organize various activities with the concept of the second-class curriculum reform and realized that the second-term curriculum reform has placed higher demands on our teachers.
