目的:分析右归调经汤治疗月经失调伴基础体温异常的临床疗效。方法:选择月经失调伴基础体温异常患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组各40例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用右归调经汤治疗,分析对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,试验组患者显效29例(72.5%),有效6例(15.0%),无效5例(12.5%),总有效率为87.5%;对照组患者显效20例(50.0%),有效8例(20.0%),无效12例(30.0%),总有效率为70.0%,试验组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右归调经汤治疗月经失调伴基础体温异常患者具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical curative effect of Yougui Tiaojing Decoction on menstrual disorders with basal body temperature abnormalities. Methods: Eighty patients with abnormal menstruation and basal body temperature were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. Patients in the test group were treated with Yougui Tiaojing Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (29 cases (72.5%), 6 cases (15.0%), 5 cases (12.5% 8 cases (20.0%) were effective, 12 cases (30.0%) were ineffective and the total effective rate was 70.0%. The treatment effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yougui Tiao Jing Tang treatment of menstrual disorders with basal body temperature abnormalities patients with good clinical efficacy, it is worthy of clinical application.
