目的:分析5例食管癌放疗后发生瘘的患者行支架治疗的死亡原因。方法:回顾性分析食管癌支架治疗的并发症和死亡原因。结果:5例患者均成功封堵瘘口,提高了生活质量,但均因并发症而在短期内死亡。结论:食管癌放疗后瘘一旦发生,治疗棘手,行支架治疗必须慎重考虑。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the causes of death from stent treatment in 5 patients with esophageal cancer who developed fistula after radiotherapy. Methods: The complications and causes of death from esophageal cancer stents were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All the 5 patients successfully closed the fistula and improved their quality of life. However, they all died of complications in a short period of time. Conclusion: Once the fistula has been treated with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer, it is difficult to treat it. Stent treatment must be carefully considered.
